Bramble enjoys her Free Run

This afternoon we took all the dogs down to our local community field for a free run. Bramble thoroughly enjoyed herself. She had fun running around with all the others and had great recall.

Bramble's socialization is going well. So far she has met lots of different people, of all different ages, some other animals, traffic by a busy road, lawnmower, hoover, hairdryer, just to mention a few. Each day we continue to introduce her to lots of new things so that as a working dog she will not be fazed by anything.

Bramble has had lots of cuddles and playtime with my younger brothers and sisters and she laps up all the attention. She is very gentle with children and gets on well with them which is fantastic.

In the evenings we try to keep Bramble occupied so she is tired by bedtime, we have found one of the best ways to achieve this is by giving her a kong with peanut butter in, it will keep her busy for ages as she tries to get it all out!

Bramble is now progressing to "stay" training, it's going well so far.  I am also doing lots of lead work with her too.

She is having fun playing with Skye, the two of them are best buddies!
