Bramble's Holidays

Bramble @ Crufts

Bramble had a great time on holiday in England. We stayed in a cottage in the countryside so there were lots of fields to walk, and they all got very muddy! She met some horses for the first time too.

Since holiday Amber and Bramble have really become best buddies and they love to play out in the garden together now, rolling around in the grass and playing tug with their toys.

Lots of family came to visit, so she met all sorts of different people, of all ages, and enjoyed all the attention!

We went to Crufts and Bramble came along too. It was really busy, lots of crowds, and lots of people wanting to pet Bramble and ask all about her! She walked around for a little while and then we'd take it in turns to lift her for a while (she is getting very heavy!) We went to the arena to see the agility and she settled down then which was very good. One thing is for certain though; she got lots of socialization!

Free Run Fun!

Something that was really interesting was that when we were at Discover Dogs (at Crufts) she recognised the Bernese. She wanted to play with them whereas she wasn't bothered by any of the other dogs!

We also took her up on the ferry on the way back and she again behaved perfectly. We couldn't take her up on deck though because it was very windy.

Back home she has been back to puppy classes and made a new doggy friend in the shape of Brandy, a Border Collie.
